It took a long time for me to receive my confirmation and when you are giving your credit card information online, it feels uncomfortable not knowing if your card went through and if your product was delivered.
I received an email from customer service noting there can sometimes be problems with shipping to hotels. I still had it shipped to the hotel, but I appreciated the customer clerk looking out for me.
